General terms
SCM PUBLITER honours yours orders according to the following terms. These terms are valid from the moment your order it is ready.

The contract
The information about the products and prices from the order are not compulsory for the time when the ordered objects takes place in 30 days after the order launching.
The purchasing contract includes the products which are chosen by you and it concludes when SCM PUBLITER confirms your order.
It is absolute necessary to verify the confirmation of the order for prevent the wording or calculation errors and discrepancies between the order, the confirmation of order and the delivery. Also, it is important to communicate these in writing.

Payment conditions
Payment in EURO, in our bank account - RO57 MIND 0102 5110 0080 7800, MINDBANK / Sucursala Grivita - Bucuresti, on proforma emited and transmited by fax by SCM PUBLITER .

Merchandise delivery
The delivery will be done only after the beforehanding cashing of the equivalent of the ordered articles to all european and USA addresses.
This equivalent includes, also, real taxes which represents the sending and transport costs (depending of the destination’s country).
At the same time, you will take over all the payment obligations (custom taxes, VAT, commissions) according to the laws of the destination’s country.

Guarantee and responsibility
From the beginning, we guarantee that all of our delivered products will be verified and harmonized with the quality indicators.
This situation entitle us to not take the responsibility of the possible transport and manipulation damage so, because of that, we suggest to insure your products.
The period of guarantee for the delivered products is 6 months, but we only take the responsibility for a legal situation or if the damage was made deliberate.
